Store regulations

1. General provisions

  1. Online store DigiKeySpot, available at https://digikeyspot.com, prowadzony jest przez osobę fizyczną Kacpra Błędowskiego, zwanym dalej „Sprzedawcą”.
  2. The seller does not conduct business activity within the meaning of the Act of March 6, 2018 – Law on Entrepreneurs.
    Sales in the store are private.
  3. Contact with the Seller is possible at the email address: digikeyspot@gmail.com
  4. The regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, and delivering digital products.
  5. A store customer may be any natural or legal person who accepts these terms and conditions and makes a purchase in the store.

2. Scope of the store's activities

  1. Sklep DigiKeySpot oferuje sprzedaż produktów cyfrowych, takich jak:
    • klucze licencyjne do gier,
    • wirtualne waluty,
    • punkty i kody do gier online.
  2. Products are delivered exclusively in electronic form, through:
    • automatic email sending after the payment has been recorded, or
    • displaying the key/code in the user's account on the store website.

3. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the store's website.
  2. To place an order, the Customer:
    • chooses a digital product,
    • adds it to the cart,
    • fills in the required information and makes the payment.
  3. The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processing system.
  4. The client is obliged to provide true information in the order form.

4. Payments

  1. The store accepts online payments through systems such as:
    • PayPal,
    • WooCommerce Payments
    • Przelewy24.
  2. Ceny wszystkich produktów są podawane w złotych polskich (PLN), dolarach amerykańskich (USD) i euro (EUR).
  3. After making the payment, the Customer receives a purchase confirmation at their email address.

5. Order fulfillment

  1. Digital products are delivered immediately after the payment is posted.
    In the case of automatic distribution, the key or code appears in the email or in the user panel.
  2. In special cases (e.g., technical problems), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  3. The client should ensure that the provided email address is correct, as the purchased product will be sent to it.

6. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. Pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the explicit consent of the Customer before the withdrawal period has expired.
  2. The customer, when purchasing a digital product in the DigiKeySpot store, gives consent to its immediate release and is aware that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

7. Complaints

  1. In the event of problems with a purchased digital product (e.g., an incorrect key or a delivery error), the Customer may file a complaint.
  2. The complaint should be sent by email to: digikeyspot@gmail.com, providing:
    • first name and last name,
    • email address used at the time of purchase,
    • order number,
    • description of the problem.
  3. The seller will review the complaint within 14 working days from its receipt.
  4. In the event that the complaint is accepted, the Customer may receive:
    • new key / product, or
    • refund.

8. Personal data

  1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with Privacy policy available on the store's website.
  2. Data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and is not shared with third parties without the customer's consent.

9. Final provisions

  1. The seller reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
    Any changes will be published on the store's website and will take effect from the date of their announcement.
  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności:
    • Kodeksu cywilnego,
    • ustawy o prawach konsumenta.
