General provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online store <strong>DigiKeySpot<\/strong>, available at <a>https:\/\/digikeyspo<\/a>t.com, prowadzony jest przez osob\u0119 fizyczn\u0105 <strong>Kacpra B\u0142\u0119dowskiego<\/strong>, zwanym dalej \u201eSprzedawc\u0105\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller does not conduct business activity within the meaning of the Act of March 6, 2018 \u2013 Law on Entrepreneurs.<br>Sales in the store are private.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact with the Seller is possible at the email address: digikeyspot@gmail.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, and delivering digital products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A store customer may be any natural or legal person who accepts these terms and conditions and makes a purchase in the store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Scope of the store's activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sklep DigiKeySpot oferuje sprzeda\u017c <strong>produkt\u00f3w cyfrowych<\/strong>, takich jak:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klucze licencyjne do gier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wirtualne waluty,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>punkty i kody do gier online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products are delivered <strong>exclusively in electronic form<\/strong>, through:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>automatic email sending after the payment has been recorded, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>displaying the key\/code in the user's account on the store website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Placing orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the store's website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To place an order, the Customer:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>chooses a digital product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adds it to the cart,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fills in the required information and makes the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processing system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client is obliged to provide true information in the order form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The store accepts online payments through systems such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PayPal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WooCommerce Payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Przelewy24.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ceny wszystkich produkt\u00f3w s\u0105 podawane w z\u0142otych polskich (PLN), dolarach ameryka\u0144skich (USD) i euro (EUR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After making the payment, the Customer receives a purchase confirmation at their email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Order fulfillment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital products are delivered <strong>immediately after the payment is posted<\/strong>.<br>In the case of automatic distribution, the key or code appears in the email or in the user panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In special cases (e.g., technical problems), delivery may take up to 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client should ensure that the provided email address is correct, as the purchased product will be sent to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Right of withdrawal from the contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, <strong>the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply<\/strong> in the case of the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the explicit consent of the Customer before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer, when purchasing a digital product in the DigiKeySpot store, <strong>gives consent to its immediate release<\/strong> and is aware that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of problems with a purchased digital product (e.g., an incorrect key or a delivery error), the Customer may file a complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complaint should be sent by email to: digikeyspot@gmail.com, providing:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>first name and last name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email address used at the time of purchase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller will review the complaint within <strong>14 working days<\/strong> from its receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that the complaint is accepted, the Customer may receive:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>new key \/ product, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with <strong>Privacy policy<\/strong> available on the store's website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and is not shared with third parties without the customer's consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
